Betula Lake Provincial Campground

Looking to visit the breathtaking Betula Lake but our Cabins are fully booked? Fear not, for we have fantastic alternatives for you! Right next door to us, you’ll find the Betula Lake Provincial Campground, where you can camp in comfort and style. Plus, it’s just a stone’s throw away from our resort!

The Betula Lake campground is steeped in rich history, with the area having been used as a campsite for migrant Aboriginals and fur traders over a century ago. With exceptional fishing opportunities and a bounty of indigenous food, it’s no surprise that past inhabitants favored this location along the Whiteshell River. Today, you can follow in the footsteps of history and set up camp in one of their electrical sites. While you’re there, take part in various interpretive opportunities such as self-guided trails and a museum, or explore the petroforms and ancient native ceremonial grounds.

But that’s not all! Across the road from Betula Resort lies the Betula Lake Provincial Group Use Area. The area boasts a baseball diamond and picnic shelter, perfect for hosting group activities and creating unforgettable memories.

At Betula Lake, we pride ourselves on offering unforgettable experiences, and we encourage these alternatives to ensure you get the most out of your visit to Betula Lake.
