Betula Lake Resort Policies

Betula Lake Resort is a seasonal family vacation destination offering spacious, clean and comfortable cabins. Our rates are quoted in Canadian dollars, plus GST and PST. Please note that:

Summer rates apply to all Long Weekends and Holidays.
Reservations are preferred, but not required. We will try to accommodate any last minute bookings. Call us!
Rates are subject to change without notice.

The number of guests refers to the maximum per cottage including children. (We may allow one extra person no older than 10 years of age in the 2 and 3 bedroom cabins with prior approval.) Overnight visitors are strictly prohibited.

Bedding is provided for beds only, not supplied for sofabeds. Please bring your own towels.

We do not accommodate tents or campers.

Sorry, no pets.

Day visitors are limited to no more than 4 people (per day) and must leave prior to 9 p.m.

Day visitors must check into office and park in designated visitor parking.

CHECK IN is after 4 p.m.

CHECK OUT is prior to 11 a.m.

Betula Lake Resort for Winter or Summer Fun

Our Reservation Policy

A 50 % deposit is required within one week of booking and the balance is due when you arrive to Check In. We accept cash, debit cards or credit cards (VISA and Master Card). We do not accept cheques.

Reservations are confirmed when we receive your deposit. Deposits (less a $50 administration fee) will be converted to a credit against your future visit with us; otherwise are considered non-refundable.

There are no refunds for days lost due to your late arrival or early departure. (please see our Storm/Winter Roads Policy)

Your verbal authorization to use your credit card as a deposit by phone or e-mail indicates your compliance with the above Reservation Policy.
